Since each production is unique, we convene a specialized expert team to plan your production or live event, including industry guidance and testing protocols. A P3 producer is assigned to the team and to your company-specific guidance in order to ensure compliance with your company. This gives producers the flexibility to realize their vision in this newly constrained context.

P3 takes a unique approach to COVID on-set safety by training and supporting teams throughout prep and production. Our cumulative experience across our many productions serves as the backbone for our Covid Compliance Supervisors, Covid Compliance Officers, and all other staff to make sure they are able to execute effectively.
Components of Our Approach
Air Filtration
Scientists from our expert teams have shown that that airborne contagion is the key to avoiding super spreader events. We have developed a production-specific model of air management that reduces probability of transmission even in contexts where cast must have their mask off. Our calculations of air filtration and exchange in any production space goes beyond the mandates of the Return to Work document.
Testing
P3 takes a specific approach to carefully sourcing and vetting all testing services used in production. Additionally, robust monitoring of test results helps keep productions safe.
PPE
P3 provides and administers personal protective gear with training for proper use to ensure worker safety. We select the best PPE available and train our staff in how to ensure it’s used properly.
Contact Tracing
P3 conducts contact tracing for all productions, using and supporting trained professionals familiar with the production environment and the associated settings for potential exposure.
Symptom Tracker App
All production members and departments engage in daily symptom tracking using the Safety App. Flagged responses are sent to department heads and the P3 team for further investigation. Additionally, app users can access production safety protocols and relevant COVID-19 information published by the CDC.
